Discover your way to practise yoga!
The general yoga classes comprise gentle movements and postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and relaxation and meditation practices to promote overall well-being and balance.
The classes are designed to make yoga welcoming and inclusive for individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. Options are provided to let you explore the practices and find what works for you. You can practise on a mat or on a chair, choose what practices you want to do, and choose how to do them.
There are subtle differences across the three classes:
Balanced is a more traditional class comprising asana, pranayama and relaxation/meditation
Chair & Mat is a chair yoga and mat yoga class comprising the traditional practices of asana, pranayama and relaxation/meditation
Move to Rest is a Yin-Yang-style class. It is primarily a physical class comprising movements and postures leading to long-held stretches and relaxation
Activate is primarily a physical class of asana ending with a short pranayama or relaxation
